Europe theater can now be considered as ODS and Vietnam before, to have PMC developing them and have the full support. It was all started by Javanree back in the goold old days when he did Europe 64 segment initial version, then came us the 64 tests with his support/approval and finally we locked on into the current 128 theater for SP3.
This is interesting theater with the fictional easy to edit element and we are very interested of improving Europe once more.
PMC will continue development as we did before, fix anything we can and also try to provide easy download location(s) when the time comes.
