problem!

I've imported the objectives.csv generated with dem2terrain in tacedit!
The tutorial says the in objective list there should be only "Name" and almost "NoName". It continues saying that if there are numbers, there is something wrong...ok...i've number only for "infrastructure" so...What Have I to do?

The tutorial says that numbers are wrong, but don't say what we should do to correct this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
