LODEditor 3.71 with 3-D viewer available

Hi All,

I'm happy to say that LE now has a 3-D, shaded, textured model viewer thanks to
Mike Rivers' good work. If you haven't seen his viewer, here is a screenshot
of LE and OGLLOD viewer displaying my current project, A-1 Skyraider model.
The viewer was launched by clicking on the "Viewer" button next to the "Eye View"
button. The viewer can be launched from several locations in LE. In the first LE window, you can surf through F4 models by selecting a CT model in the CT list box and view it (if available). OGLLOD is included in the LE zip file.

*** Fixed the problem with the viewer not displaying the
model from the Model Edit/Display window using the
Viewer button.
*** Added to the Model Edit/Display window a toggle
button to increase the panning speed by 10. It is
located next to the arrow buttons.
*** Added a "Assign New Vector" button to the Node
Vector Edit dialogbox. Selecting a vert and clicking this
button will add a new vector to the parent Vector Table
and assign it to the selected vert. This function is mainly
used during model shading fixes. Assigniing a new vector
to a vert will also assign a unique shader normal.
*** Changed the Viewer LOD select default button to "OK".
