DEM to Terrain

Hello Guys,
I'm having a problem with DEM to Terrain. It does not import the aepoint.e00 correctly, and it will not create theater-airport.tdf, nor the theater-obj.csv

I tryed to use procae.pl to create the tdf files, but it will not place the airport in the correct places. Not sure what the problem is. Please help!
