Theater Problems

HELP......

I had the europe theater on F4/SP3.
I deleted the files and reinstalled everything. I did delete the reg files from the reg. But everytime I try and load the europe theater it keeps asking for the 4fpatch folder and wont install...

Any suggestions......

Thanks in advance...

Hey everyone out there!

Need a little big help:

I have installed Falcon4 GERMAN, Update 1.08 US, SP3, without any problems -> running VERY fine :)

Then I have installed European theater, added the line as discribed (theater/bla bla bla.... ) in the FAQ, CAN switch to the European theater in game ... but... Falcon seems to do nothing after switching to European theater. When I try to start any mission or dogfight Falcon hangs up totally and I have to reset the computer.

When not doing any mission, an switching back to Korean theater, it crashes and returns to desktop -> :(

Plz, does anyone have suggestions?

Hi!

Thnx for reply!

1st: INSTALL of Falcon 4.0 GERMAN
2nd: INSTALL of Update 1.08 US
3rd: INSTALL of SP3
4th: INSTALL of European Theater

This summary is shown before the installprogram of EUROP THEAT starts copying the files:

"Install Falcon4 Sp2 Europe Theater.
Falcon 4.0 SP2.x Location: e:\spiele\falcon4
StartMenu Folder: Falcon 4.0 SP2 Europe Theater"

5th: Added the line
"terrdata/theaterdefinition/europe.tdf"
in the theater.lst

6th: Switched to theater Europe, start Dogfight -> system hangs up.
or: after doing nothing and switching back to KOREA Falcon returns to desktop.

Thats all.. sorry :)

Hehe okay.

Run the SPTinstall.exe in your Falcon directory, browse to the terrdata\europe and click create.

Let me know how it turns out.

Hi!
Thanx, ............ but :)
I have run the SPTInstall, the terrain data was build, the theater now is activ, i can switch to the european theater, but then, when I go into tactical engagement and can see the european map, the system hangs up, I only can "shoot" falconsp.exe from my tasklist. hmmmmmmmmmmmm....... ;)

But I will try a new, clean install, maybe that helps. I´ll keep you informed.

New install was clean, installed CD, 1.06 GER, 1.07 GER, 1.08 US, SP3, EUROPTHEAT, made all entries, run SPTinstall -> now its ok!

thnx folks...
but the terrain isnt what I expected...hmmm.. where are the "alpes" ? ;)
