Hi All
Many thanks to all for creating the European scenery which I look forward to using a lot in the future but I have come across a problem and at the moment I do not know if it is my system or just bugs in the Beta version.
What I find is that if I create a simple TE, when I come to fly it I find that my flight is offset a couple of hundred or more miles to the South of where I should be. As I create the TE over the Eastern part of Northern England I find that I am out over the English Channel when I start to fly the mission. Also the channel and the North Sea is full of towns, villages factories etc floating in the sea.
When I had a look at the mission planner and brought up the objects onto the map I saw that everything towns factories etc and by looking at the place names was offset by a couple of hundred miles North ie French towns in the Channel and the North Sea.
Is this just a bug in the Beta version or possibly my system?

Re: Objects offset
When you fly, use CTRL-Z-L to make the coordinates appear in the upper right corner of the screen, then fly over the objectives in water and take a screenshot(s).
That way we can figure out whats up with your installation.

Re: Objects offset
Hi Again
I tried Uninstalling and Reinstallation but there is still no change.
I have tried TE's in other locations throughout Europe but get the same result.
It appears that the objects which appear in the mission editor in relation to the flight plan are in the correct place as they tally with what I see when I start to fly the mission, towns factories etc where they should be, but it seems to be the background map which seems to be further South in the mission editor making installations look too far North but then has a shift North on entering the mission leaving the installations behind.
Confused! I am
I'll also try a new download just to confirm that I have not had an iffy one to start with.
