How to convert 3dsmax models to f4 format

Hi.
I created a Boeing 737-400 3D Model in 3D Studio Max. One with gear and one without. Here are some pics:

I want to convert it into f4 format but I don't know how to. Help needed.

get yourself a copy of LodEditor first.
