Theater compatebilty

Do the following theaters work in SP2? if not will they work in SP3?

Balkans
Oparation Desert Storm

(I'v seen on thier sites that it says not for SP2 but i have also seen lots of screenshots showing them in SP2)

[Washout]

The Balkans is being prepared for release some 3 weeks after SP3 is out.

I believe ODS is at about the same stage, though Snakeman will have the word on that.
