Hi buddy not sure wheter this is the place to post this but i have a problem with your dogfight terrain in that it dos'nt show up in the theater swither
it installed ok with no errors and the korea2005 installed ok and shows up what have i done wrong buddy pls

if you installed my theater after kore2005 it should be fine....
if you have chosen to install korea2005
after my theater you are doomed..

basically Tom included the theater.lst
he shouldn't have done that and he won't in the next update. His zip installer overwrites the theater.lst file in your Falcon4 dir, in there all switcher items are listed.
now duplicate the korea line you see in that file (Wordpad/norepad) and replace korea with dgft and it should show upfine

Hi Widowmaker!

I have the same prob. But I didn't installed korea2005 at all. I solved the prob with the theatre.lst. The entry was allthough I didn't installed 2005 not set. After that I was able to see the hires dogfight theatre but when I want to load it the following error occurs:

No such file or directory: H:\F4SP2MainBranch\Falcon\Terrain\TLevel.cpp

Any suggestions? (Reinstalled all->same prob)

now it works right upto where you commit then back to desktop ?

Would you mind trying to run SPTinstall
it is located in Falcon4 root
direct it to terrdata/dgft

basicaslly after installing GDFT there should be:
artdgft dir with files in it
camaign/dgft dir with files in it
terrdata/dgft with subdirs and files in it

and 2 files in terrdata/theaterdefinition called dgft.*

plus an entry in the theater.lst
.....dgft.tdf

OK!

I couldn't find the SPTinstall. I had the same prob like Ninja. Could find the Hires Dgft theatre (after adding the line in theatre.lst), after loading and commiting causing a crash of F4. When I load it a the error sound occurs. When I alt-tab to desktop the error (No such file/dir...) described above shows up.

Btw: I've got no Drive H:..

are you sure you got SP3 installed?
this file comes with SP3 not with the DGFTinstaller.

It comes with Dogfight Terrain. The Installshield seems to fail on some systems, randomly I guess... just uninstall and run the installer again it might help.

the 2 report I have are both Windows ME
also SPTinstall is already placed with SP3 installer in Falcon4 root
so I still find it strange why they can't find it...?
