After determining the location of the F4Patch folder, the installer tries to create a shell. But keeps getting rejected by Win 2k Pro.
What is wrong?

Are you serious Snake Dude??? After Win98SE, 2K rocks... Wish i knew how to fix that problem tho... If you log on as a member of the admins group or 'administrator' account, you SHOULD be right...
If worst comes to worst DONT format C:, unless you are running NTFS, then you have to... If youre running FAT32, just install win98 to a different partition, then re-insert your Win2k disk, and reapir your win2k install (So you get the bootloader options for win98 and win2k)...
Check the rights on the account you are using as well, and just make sure that the Administrator has full Administrator rights over the location where you are trying to write... Not, for example, explicit rights for ONLY another user or group that admin is not part of...
