May I use the ODS tileset for another theater?

Hi,
I don't know whom to address to this to specifically so I am addressing this to any tile makers (who are still around) who can answer the question:
"Can I get your permission to use the ODS tileset in a new theater for Allied Force?"

It is my intention, should I have success, to distribute the theater freely to any who want it.

What theater are you working on? Which tile sets? Not sure but I think the tile sets were made by different people. T-bone, Snakeman, ComGP - I am just not sure. . . perhaps checking the credits for ODS will shed some light?

Given the absence of original developers you may be hard pressed to find an owner on-line to give a permit . . .

ODS tileset was created by Ami, Kinggeorge and hum was there someone else I cannot remember... but those two guys were the most active. Zaggy had something to do also, but I might get confused here of what tile-work he did.

Anyone seen Ami or Kinggeorge?

I haven't seen KG or Ami at all in the last year; either here or at FW.

BTW, I also posted this request at FW...it went totally unanswered. I did PM Zaggy and he gave his permission for any tiles of his that were included in the ODS tileset.
