Thanks a lot for your help.
In ODS scenario(TE), I've notice that if the F16 is hombased in King Khalid intl the bodyskin is correct, and if it'is based in Dharan intl, bodyskin appears ROK. As I said before, tail section is always correct.
Strange eh
I've tested Nevada scenario also ( still TE), and in Nellis AFB and March AFB the ROK bodyskin appears as well.
I didn't have enough time to test what happens in other airbases, in TE or Campaign mode...
Any idea
I'll send a mail with pictures to Nekromantix really soon.

The skin set used is based on the squadron number as Snowman suggested.
The calculation is:
Texture Set = (Squadron No) mod (No. Texture Sets)
