Help! I am trying to install the latest Vietnam and I can't complete the install wizard because it keeps asking for a dir that the patch will expand to, but the RP 4.1 doesn't have the expand option in the File menu (probably because you no longer get to chose your patch files, it just applies what's included).
Is there a work-around or am I missing the obvious?

So hop hop and off you go to the Joel Bierling's site or any site that has F4Patch v3.2.2 online, download that and install it. Then File -> Expand Package and now the Vietnam installer runs nicely.
