Disappearing Frag

For several squadrons, both US and NVAF, when I enter the campaign no frag will be generated or it disappears after a moment and all sorties are aborted. How do I get around this?

Example:

10th FS, the frag list goes away before I can get weapons loaded and comit.

Either MiG-21 Squadron, no frag will generate in the window, I've waited as long as fifteen game-minutes.

And while I'm on a roll, how do I get the frag to generate sorties after 10 am on the first day? I get a list of missions, where the frag works, I fly a mission or two, then I see it's after 10 am, and there are no new missions!

HELP!

Use eFalcon v1.0799.2 - and also please download the latest campaign update (very small download).
