The paintings on that site aren't entirely correct. In a huge book on the Vietnam war, there's one picture of a NVA T-55 and it has large YELLOW numbers on side of the turret as well as a Vietnamese flag (red/blue with yellow star) in front of the 4 digit number on the turret. Not sure if it was 4 or 3 digit, but I think it was 4.

Problem is that I can't ever fit this book onto my scanner (which is between my monitor and the corner of my room) without damaging the book.Never thought that I'd be carving for a handscanner
