error message

when i apply the vietnam patch in f4patch all goes well.but when i try to start the game i get this error
error 81 c:\falcon4\graphics\terrain\tlevel.cpp dec 9 1999
could anybody help me please

I'm not sure about that, first guess would be to run F4PTinstall again to rebuild the terrain files. Try that.

I received the exact same error, so I suspect that the problem is not download or machine specific. When I find out whats going on, I post the fix or mail ya.

i used to have an error in the past cuase of my directX who didn't fit to my video card. maybe thats the problem.

That error is directly related because one of the theater.o? files is wrong size (meaning 0 from the installer).

Fix: Run F4PTinstall.exe from falcon directory, apply it to Vietnam.
