The database tutorial is pretty basic at this moment, but at least it gives you an idea how to modify stuff. We will be adding more stuff to it ... when we learn it ourselves first
It also contains Rack.Dat information from Codec.
Rom made a nice tutorial for me of how to use Photoshop to make nice road "texture" into the tiles. As we don't never have enough good looking tiles, I think the future is in the tile making.
