I am about to switch with my website to a new server. This means I go from 300 MB to 3000 MB. I already have the following theaters on my server:
- Balkans
- ODS
- Korea 2005
Is it okay if I mirror more campaigns and if so which campaigns I can get permission for?

You have my permission to mirror ODS, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Europe and PMC Korea Campaigns 
I think thats pretty much all the theaters we got in the downloads section, there is ComGP's Nevada also which I did but its not mine, however I see no reason why you could not mirror that too.
If you do, please let me know about it so I can add you into the our download page mirror list.

Dont overstress space and bandwidth already now - there will be new releases in the near and far future that will do that

I would like to ask about hosting these as well so that we can have it available on a more wide base. I am hosting the Israeli theatre as well but i have plenty of room and BW.

The new provider had some hardware issues. Their server rebooted everytime somebody used their email. They bought now a new server. The problem will probably be fixed in 2-3 days. Then I will make the switch. As you can understand it is now very hard to upload large files for me. (everytime the connection brakes when somebody is checking his email)
I am prepaired to give some individuals who need some serverspace for development an ftp account. Of course this does not give those people any rights. So if it takes to much bandwidth or server space then I might delete these accounts. (so make backups!)These accounts can be password protected.
