Snow Terrain?

I'm looking for a map that has alot of snow, or at least a whole part of it with some. Does anyone know of one i could get?

Actually, the korean winter patch is what i wanted, but i have no idea where to find it(i don't see it on the downloads page...).

And CCC, do you have a link for the Bering Straigh/Alaska map?

Well, the theater itself hasn't been developed because of problems with the Russian dems.

Actually, now that you mention it, I think I was trying to do it solely as a 64 segment theater. I think I'll see what it looks like as a 128....

frugalsworld's downloads seem to offline...

i did find it at f4community, but i can't seem to get it to go. I'm also using Gozilla so that might be a problem. Could someone try it http://www.f4community.com/downloads.fc?bereich=theatre(Winter Korean Terrian about 3/4 the way down)

Are there still people looking for DEM conversions on Russian areas?

We have a GIS guy from South Africa in the F4UT group who maybe able to help. At least it won't hurt to ask.

Let me know and I'll try and get him to contact you and/or the Scandanavian theatre guys, who I believe have a similar problem.

Yeah! I know me and Hunter_87 were working on areas that included Russia. I think at one time the guys doing Europe wanted to shift the theater East to include parts of it.

I think Codec had some operating ideas on how to get the data, too.

How about a new Kurile Islands theater?

Sorry to keep double posting, but i'm getting kinda desperate here. I really need this snow patch.

I'll go out on a limb and explain why; i'm an amature filmmaker and i plan on using parts of falcon intercut into my movie(don't worry, i'm not selling it or anything so its not entirely illegal :p). Since it takes place in the winter, i need a something for falcon that has a lot of areas with snow. I've done this with my last one and it works suprisingly well(obviously its not that realistic, but it does work).

I don't want to go into full detail on it as that would take awhile, but if anyone has the snow patch could you please help me out.

I looked at the site for it Saintpaint... Look, i have no expirence in Falcon map editing and, judging by all the stuff i've seen on this site about it, the patience for it. I can't even figure out Worldcraft.
