Got no Linux Need Help!!!!

I got a very wierd l2 file in windows. Can someone with Linux convert a DEM file for me?
up 23
down 13
left -74
right -64

Thinking on making a Caribean Theater.

Can it be also possible for someone to make the feature files with the DWC data. Can't do it without a Linux.
feature for Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic

Can't thank you enough. It worked like a charm.

I'm thinking of getting Linux Mindrake 7.0. Is it any good. I've never worked with Linux before what do you recomend.
