F4 Patch Terrain Installation

Hey Guys,
I'm trying to get back into the swing of things and I have a few questions. I lost touch a year ago (second son born), and have alot of experience with Terrain Switcher. That's and other proceedures are gone, so:
1. What is the correct proceedure for installing a theater with the f4 patch?
2. Who should I contact about getting the LOD compiler.
3. Who (besides Julian and Manfred) can assist me with some new airport construction hints.

Julian, Manfred, and Snakeman have been alot of help recently, and are very busy. I'd like to thank them by asking one of you other guys to help if you can.

It would be cool to make F4Patch theater tutorial, but there are million files to change... its pretty huge task to make understandable tutorial.

InstallShield installer is about as hard as they come. Dunno if I could even do a tutorial.

But of course I want to help, just ask some specific questions and I'll try to puke out any details I can.

I found a Tinstall util (you probably already know of this). I haven't tried it yet, but the description seemed to indicate that it was a precursor to f4patch. I'll know more when I can learn it, and the f4patch maker utility.
I thought it would be less quirky to get a terrain into the system, at least less than it used to be. We had bugs, but we could get it loaded.

New airbase 3d objects have not been done yet. There are some complications as there are those taxiways what aircraft follow etc.

I'm hoping that the 3d/data wizards will new bases made in future.

Recker is doing textures...

HCPookie and Washout are not doing new airfield 3d objects itself, but they got lot of knowledge on 3d/datas.

Anyone else?
