Hi
Been working away with Panama, got a problem.
After building etc, I only get a frame rate of 1 fps in cockpit, and 4 fps on external views.
Any ideas?

hmm can be sevral things
I assume you still have a normal res theater?
-are you acidentally running software mode?
-do you have acidentally set the -g6 command and set terrainslider to max?
when you switch back to korea is all fine?

Hi mate...
Yep - normal res 64*64 theater, currently default tileset
Not software mode, no additional commandline options... driving me nuts...
Yes, return to Korea and all is well, so I.m definite its a Panama thing

What system do you have? I used to have a similar problem in games and it was a problem with the drivers and the video card. You see there were times that the game would run at 4-5 frames when the screen was full. Does the problem happen after some time or randomly, or does it happen when the screen is filled. As you say there could be a problem with the theater itself since you haven't had any similar problems in other theaters, so as far as I understand from what you tell me I would have to say the problem is due to Panama theater itself.

Re: Slow frame rates
This problem is NOT random - it only happens when the Panama scenery is the currently selected theater.quote:Originally posted by Butcher_ss:

I have tried everything numerous times, but it remains the same...
