Announcement: 128 Theater final breakthrough

Post by Snake Man »

Its my pleasure to announce that the final obstacle on 128 x 128 segment theaters is now solved.

Today I fiddled around with some files and now we are able to select all squadrons in the campaign menu. Check these images out.

The problem: :)

I dont know, that is the ODS beta preview that I made a looong time ago. But the Vietnam 128 theater didnt have that bug in the image, so dont worry its just some small/random clitch which is probably a easy to fix.

Also the positioning of those windows arent the most professional, but when space is limited thats the best I could do. We need to remember that only time we spend time on that screen is when we select which campaign/squadron we will play.

ya, i see.
hehe we've done some fuel tanks for a/c, so phantoms should be able to cover 80% operation area without air-refueling support :D
now i got to figure out few more for thuds.

It's getting about that time to Attack

Hiaphong Harbor.

I got to check out the carrier in e110, maybe today. For it needs to be changed to Connie(USS Constellation). I'll see if anyone had made a mod for the carrier. I know Hornit did for F/A-18.
The JFK CV 67 is fine for ods.

ccc, those drop tanks for the Thud are approximatly 500 gallons. The Thud must have used a lot of fuel because I don't recall seeing a picture of the plane without them if it was going anywhere up north.

i see.
if you got some line drawings( 3 side view, top, and side at least) with thud, let me know. 500gal could be done in hours.
