2022-07-06T00:04:00Z Alright got carried away editing again and forgot to write dev diary entries heh, ok so Global Mapper project created, UTM Projection chosen and user created feature grid is in place, 40km size. Exported ASCII Grid heightmap.asc as well.
Had to download new OpenStreetMap (OSM) data from Geofabrik OSM as I didn't have any for Poland Lodz area. Was just typical thing; I had 5 7-zip packets with poland OSM data directories, unpacked them all and one by one from 1 through 5 opened all in global mapper... and none of them were in the area of Lask terrain 
2022-07-06T00:19:00Z Lunch break, need to cook food before starting to Remove Bad OSM Roads...
2022-07-06T01:09:00Z Feeding time is over, back to terrain editing.
Got OSM roads cleaned up to 6.6k features.
2022-07-06T01:17:00Z OSM areas, lines and points exported as cropped_ shape files.
Tranformed points and used PMC OSM Places CSV2HPP Converter tool to generate pmc_names.hpp for terrain config.cpp file.
Assigned colors to OSM areas, then started exporting satellite mask in 4 x 4 tiles.
2022-07-06T01:47:00Z Finished exporting satellite mask.
Then ran GraphicsMagick voodoo magic bat to the mask tiles.
2022-07-06T02:17:00Z Oops again forgot myself into the editing universe and were just blasting away edits... uuh so what did I do since last update, hmm, Latitude / longitude config file, created Terrain Builder project which was kind of messy as germany p:\pmc\ namespace is mounted, hmm heh dunno what else, watch the dev diary video :P
I kiiddd I kiiddd... but yeah, should be more step by step calm and collected to write these dev diaries down.

2022-07-06T03:16:00Z And terra incognita is now downloading satellite imagery. Now we wait (and edit other terrains heh).
2022-07-06T10:35:00Z Terra incognita satellite imagery download finished.
Used irFanview to check the oziexplorer JPG images, there was no clouds and only one town/city had a patch around it, excellent.
