From google I found very cool P3D viewer utility called P3D Analyzer. In quick summary you can view ODOL P3D models, extract model.cfg and save model to MLOD format. Its very much like OFP's ODOL Explorer.

New v1.53 beta has been added to our wiki page (see first post for link). It has quite few very nice improvements, you can now view textures in the 3D view, see texture paths, disable proxys in 3D view, replace textures (much like O2 texture mass rename tool) and also saving to MLOD format comes now with selections intact unlike all the other MLOD saving tools.
