Here is another hotfix for VTE pre-alpha.

Installation, unrar this packet to the VTE mod directory so that the files will
be placed in the VTE dir. Then run "runme.bat" batch file.
Then you can delete the VTE_*.pbo, DePbo.dll, PatchPbo.exe, runme.bat files located in the root directory of VTE mod dir (do not delete anything in vte\addons\ dir).
