Basic forum configuration settings

Just wanted to post some basic forum configuration settings in here, feel free to comment on them or request any chances.

Private messages; inbox 100, sent 100 and savebox 100.

Topics per page 40
Posts per page (topic) 40.

New users should have that random generated digit entry box and email verification on (so no spammers arrive).

I now changed the number of posts per page, decreased it to 30 as some of the larger topics got so long. Let me guys know if it still feels long or you'd had better idea of posts number.

Small update

Private message box is now for 200 messages.

Lone Wolf did great job configuring few modifications into phpbb, now we have configuration option to disable new user registrations (its ON) and I have a feature for admin to register new users directly from the admin control panel and its quite automatic compared to my old method.

Thanks Lone Wolf of the hard work again.

I have increased the private message configuration of inbox, sentbox and savebox message amounts to 1000.
