A question about Tacedit

Under the ground units proporties in the Tacedit there are two options called: "Devision", "Aobject". one of them is the ground unit task, that is for sure, but what about the other one? a great bigger task for each battlion to form a devision perhaps? also, does anyone here may know what is the difrence between a "secure" and a "defend"? securing allowing the unit to recive a new tasks to attend to, while Defend stuck the unit to its place for the entire campaign perhaps?
