Help me find SPTinstall.exe

Many of the links seem not to be working. I need SPTinstall.exe but it seems that it is a dead link from the tutorial section. Can anybody help me. I started buliding my own theatre (entire mediterrenean from gibraltar to israel including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, North Coast of Africa etc.) Many tools that I need do not exist or some Prgs don't work. My terrainview for example doesn't work. It keeps closing before it even apear on the screen. I had it working for a few days and then all of a sudden it keeps failing to load. I have posted in many sites about it but no response from anyone. I am buliding a theatre that I will share of course or whats the purpose of building it. Please help me if you can. You may try find that exe in your falcon4 folder..

C:\MicroProse\Falcon4\Utilities\
