ok it took me 6 months to figure it out (god damn i'm slow), but i found the problem over my campaign and solved it
. omg it was soooo stupid. the thing was i had 3 war fronts upon my campaignw hile each was acting as a seperate group under alliance. F4 can't handel a situation of more than 1 front at the begining, while also if the two other found them self joining up due to time reasone it will also inflict some amount of problems (OCA operations of air raids will just stop), besides that i reduced all my infrastruction and NAV becons (tho it ruined most of my good links), so ok ground operation is kind a fuzzy and weird, but sweet, sweet ari campaign is puppining all the way
