Update iceland pack and some previous packs.

I downloaded it and tested it, it gave me some problems with the A10 skin and the F111 and i had to edit the f4p file to solve the problem, the skin pack looks pretty cool but after doing some research ive found many of the planes that are actually at nellis.

what probelm about f4p? pliz list them.
btw, be sure to install TSP first.

and more, phantom skins will be modified to fit Ripper's new shape.
