I've just installed ODS and found that unfortunately the UAE isn't on the map. Its a pity as I was thinking on contacting someone who flew F-16 missions from there and getting a mission pack created based on Vipers of the Storm.

Yes we couldn't include all the historical bases into the theater becauase of size limits, even in 256 we would have had to skip Diego Garcia etc. We just have to do with what we got right now.

Yeah after checking google earth I see its miles away from Iraq, some long haul missions no doubt.

As much as I enjoy the real mission, the problem with these over size theaters is the way Falcon behaves. The campaign engine just doesn't seem to like far away bases.
