Whoa, looks cool
I had to look twice to see what components you had used of mine Image
I noticed you are using the Mig-29 cockpitdatfile and tmplt.gif for these.

You know, the problem is, i am up to my elbows in work, virtual and IRL, otherwise i would certainly go for different versions.
For now i have to finish the Phantom pit, hopefully 1.09 ready, and i have the Mirage project also. Not to mention an improved Mig-29 wich will have some very nice new features!

CCC,
i can't take this anymore - everyone talking mumbo-jumbo and Don don't understand! I need some leads on what literature to read on this subject - I need to do some study, and I could do with some reading material.
Actually, a thought just crossed my mind - don't you think if more people were to have the necessary info (you know reading material, someone to coach them, maybe a site dedicated to teaching the principles of all this) perhaps more people would try it, and the community would only be richer for it. Not to mention it would take the strain off the few who ARE really working hard on the big stuff.
I for one would be up for that! Everyones thoughts on this welcome.

Regards, Don Mac

Are you knowing your way around with Photoshop? or 3D programs? What are yr strong points and go from there
If you wanna head towards cockpits editing etc and drawing is something you like i can help ya out where you have questions.

Don,
I'd like to recruit more and more talented guys into f4 mod-making world.
and yes, we need good tutorial in many field..however, your specaility or passion judge what you can do.

For programmers, eTeam or RPG will be your stage. > you got no tutorial or guide here, just dig, try and error...just my 2c.
For artists, all 2D graphic files are your playground. > good knowledge about real thing, painting tools, and basic layout of graphic files. your artist talent judged here.
For modeler..hmmm, no idea about this, ask Dragon, Ripper, ..

alright, it could be tooo rough, specify what you want, and hopefully we get somebody to lecture here, one-by-one Image

and Dudi, any chance to get cockpit photos of IAF jets? Mirage, Kfir, skyhawk, and Phantom? I remember there is a military museum, can you take pics?

Yes CCC, that is correct :-) it can be done
As a matter of fact i am working on a new view as i write this, left down in the front
This will take some time though, i also have to completely clean up the datfile.

Widow, Webferret combines all searchengines in one search, so u get a huge list of sites
