te_new CTD -> IA/DF/Camp flyable

Hello guys,
Can anyone who has ever had the TE module crash on them when clicking the NEW button and found a reason for it please post here???
I have a terrain structure in place and I can get into the 3D world in Instant Action/Dogfight/Campaign but the TE module still crashes.
I stripped a Korean te_new.tac and entered my .csv from save0.cam.
I am missing something here. When I press the new button for TE, I get a glimpse of the map and editor before it CTD's wanting to tell Bill Gates about it.
Only 2 teams -> US and DPRK (same owner / control)
rebuilt occupation map
the big map id.tga is working cause it works in campaign UI.
Base Object ID starts with 4.

This is on a SP4.2 install.
Anyone able to give me a clue as to what the problem might be?

The reason for the CTD is mostly the fact that your using US, and DPRK teams, and it should be ROK and DPRK teams, RED and BLUE!.. If I remember correctly, US is not Blue ROK is.. Hope this help, although a little late!..
