Problem with the L2 file?

Hi i created this L2 with windows perl and i wonder if it looks all right.Btw Snake man if it does not look Ok could you please post the two files yourself?The coordinates are:
long:22.0 32.0
lat:43.0 33.0

Snake_Man disregard the above message.I downloaded the Argentina.zip and saw that my file was not OK.Could you please create the L2O2 files for me?The coordinates are :
long=22.0 32.0
lat=43.0 33.0
