This is ArmA 2 modification about Somalia conflict focusing on 1990 to 2011 era.

This is Somalia addon, featuring:
- US Army Rangers
- US Army Delta Force
- US Navy SEALs
- US Army 160th SOAR crew & helicopters
- Somali militia
- Mogadishu city terrain with realistic digital elevation map data + road network
By realistic road network we mean that roads are where they should be in real world. The distance from airport terminal to Olympic hotel or Stadium is accurate to about 50m precision. This is as realistic Mogadishu / Somalia map you can find for ArmA and now ArmA 2 (even though its WIP).
If you ever wanted to do Blackhawk Down missions or campaigns, this is the best mod to get!
April 2011: This addon is work in progress, building placement on the terrain especially, however this is a real and working Somalia mod for ArmA 2. If you do not wish to see ugly object placement on buildings (roads are realistic), please do not download this mod.
