Here to help as well if anything you need done, made a few maps and converted/extended a few to a 8km so I do have the experience. I am just currently converting one map waiting to finish it to showcase to the author to get the permission to release it at the moment, but thats the old flint hills one.

Placing farm yard objects is the biggest workload now, well objects in general including trees.

Are you comfortable creating farm yards on top of satellite imagery?

I can do that, I would also use the street view, where possible for proper spacing. Assuming that fs19 has the type of buildings that we plan on slapping on there. I still got the latest version from 19 installed giants editor wise.

Millennial Farms Shed Pack, Midwest Machinery Dealership and Millennial Farmhouse. Just tested these mods from giants modhub, they are without errors or any issues I could see in-game (well the farmhouse is elevated a bit ugly but I can live with that).

I've downloaded these buildings and ready to go. (Small edit I can't seem to edit my post so)
