PMC Taiwan Theater v0.4

PMC has released Taiwan theater v0.4 which is the second large release of this theater. This theater should now install into AF only computers without problems.

- name the nuke plants as NPP1 through NPP4.
- OF all 3 campaigns CTD.
- OF news blip map missing.
- campaign PAK map, the areas of prioirty are not properly drawn.

--- fixes v0.4
- added ccc's theater selection logo image.
- changed 17 airbases to real life specifications.
- added chinese invasion ground forces to taiwan.
- added 5 radar stations for taiwan.
- added 4 nuclear power plants for taiwan.
- p eng hu airbase changed to Peng hu, no space.
- changed Ma tsu and Kimen island to blue side.
- added RV user interface.
- added RV campaign strings.
- added 10 ports to taiwan.
- airbase selection map shows deafult korea, fixed.
- terrain tex compresson exe should be excuted again, manually. fixed?
- taiwan not in theater selection menu.. have to edit theater.lst myself. fixed?
- added japanese TDF data, airbases and all.
- installer fails on AF only systems, fixed.
