New forum software upgrade

PMC Tactical will upgrade its forum software to phpBB3 Olympys (new version of current phpbb2) in next couple of days.

Some people might have bit difficulty adjusting to the new forum layout which is text of the left and username on the right. But its only downside on my opinion, the adjustment. We must upgrade to the latest version and thats that.

Also this time I'll try to find some nicer color scheme / theme for the forum and not just use the default one. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Hi Snakeman, Pls check your messages on OAC forum site...

I have created some powergrep scripts to assist converting PMC campaigns which I have been using for personal use only.

I created it primarily for PMC_Ranger_Path..... It replaces all unsupported units/objects which don't have an arma/oac/cwr equivelent eg. custom units such as BAS air and soar units + BAS delta/ranger, & COC mines and artillery etc...

Another script I have found very useful replaces buildings + ruins & misc onjects to ARMA 1.14 substitutes...

I am happy to share these scripts if they can be of use to you....

the new post icon loading is exclusively slow, and not that visible as old one.

Yeah new posts icon is very difficult to see, perhaps I can edit the button. If anyone with real graphical talent could download the icon and touch it up, it would be much appreciated.

the [bot] names on users online view are just what they say... a yahoo/google etc bots/spiders/robots. Now you see really a human person in the who view as "guest", or real named user like you and me, and then there is the stupid bots. Yeah at start it looks bit funny or strange, but I think its better to see that ah-a bot is snooping PMC instead of "wow there is 7 users online" which might or might not be false.
