GUI for tools.

Intro:
Greetings to all here, i am new and enough newbie in Falcon
but missions [little experience in past testing terrain creation].
I am into 3D modeling, Post Production and Visual Effects.
An idea:
How seems to you a GUI as a control panel with all available creation tools for the game?
A request:
I'd appreciate it and it will help me a lot, if you can guide me to find everything new or old
documentation related to the game [data structures/code etc] that will help a programer to
create improvements, not within the game, but from the creation point of view.
I believe that if the community has the right [modern and improvement than the vanilla]
user friendly tools to create stuff with all the abilities [triggers etc], the game will last longer.
