There's no such function in TacEdit..so.. how to do it?

To remove a link between two objectives, open the properties box for one of the objectives and at the bottom you will see a pane with all of the links that go to that objective. There is a bug in this feature, the delete all button dont work or was it that the other way around, I just cant remember.
