Request for assistence (CATE, TERRAINVIEW)

Hello, as some of you might already know i'm working on making 512x512 theaters possible.

However the road is longer than i hoped for and after various tests i have come to the conclusion that Both Terrainview and CATE do not support this size.

Therefore I'm looking for the primary developers of these tools or (if not available any longer like Julian Onion) people who might be able to help me in any way with rewriting the program, where obtaining source code would be great. Otherwise I'll have to start from scratch.

Is Skyfire actually still active?

SkyFire is still active over at Frugals world. However, I'll warn you that he is probably of the mindset that he is out of that "business" now and it is up to someone else to continue/further his work. He did make the CATE sourcecode available to Snake Man here at PMC.

Dr. Fred "BaldEagle" Balding has done all or most of the work on TerrainView so he may be willing to help you on that. He can be contacted at the FreeFalcon site.
