When shall we expect the cockpit to be completed entirely?

1.You must try often and someday you get in.

> i knew it.

2.To whom I should send it on F4C?

> F4C admin

3.I don't know what I do next.I have enough work with these two.But I think I can make Mig-21 or Mig-23 or Mig-31.Which do you think is better?

ALL :D though mig31 is preferred. we got a very nice new model!

simple. do as you wish.

Undoubtedly you are quite aware of TWO different foxhound pits. With current viper avonics, M model is more reasonable. though i'd have both :D

Hi Ed zim

Boy you got a nerve....
I just checked out "your" new SU-27 pit at Flightsim.com
Not only did you copy all my views just like that, also you added my explanation of how it works in game, and to top it off you state this:
"Ed Zim's SU-27 Flanker cockpit

1024x768 res, Beta Version 1.03

Important: These graphic files are allowed to be distributed, reproduced, copied and/or modified
without or with the permission of the author of these graphic files.

Developed for the Superpak exe.
This version is still betamaterial and is being tested and developed constantly."

Now that last part really thicks me off, so you kind of advertise with my material that is copyrighted, and then say it is free material?? I will notify flightsim.com, this is too far

And again, same story with the MiG-29

This time you say:
Ed Zim's Mig-29 Fulcrum cockpit

1024x768 res, Beta Version 3.0

Developed for SP2 and beyond

This version is being developed constantly.

********** Background ***********************

The succesfull F4A Mig-29 mod could use an update in the graphics and features.
Together with the SU-27 Flanker cockpit this will be a good addition for battlefields
between eastern and western aircraft

Well Ed, let me wake you up, this is not your material and you have no right to just mess it up and spread it around like this.
If you want to build a pit fine with me but this is pure theft of my material. Swapping out some instruments does not make it your pit.
Yaaagh

I don't need your address anymore
You have answered and confirmed what I stated above.
I can forbid nobody to change graphics, what I can forbid is to have my IP uploaded somewhere to download, especially when you are abusing the material that is obviously not yours, even the readme's are copied.
The biggest problem I have with your actions are that you claim it is yours while it is mine, tell everyone they can do with it what they want while it is my IP, and degrade it while stating you upgrade it, therefor lowering my quality standard.
If you have any decency you build it yourself or at the very least ask if you can use someone else his material for this and that.

ed-

You are actually walking a fine line, legally. That artwork is clearly Aeyes' and he does indeed have a copyright on it. Now, since you're not making any money on it (as far as we know), its not worth his time to sue you.

But morally speaking, you are wrong. Just plain wrong to do this. :( Which is too bad, too. I like flying the -29 and it deserves an updated cockpit.

[BTW, if you'd asked, he probably would've let you.] :(

I'm sure if edzim doesn't request it be removed from flightsim.com, Aeyes certainly can by contacting webmaster@flightsim.com (he'll need to provide some proof that it's a derivative of his work of course).

OMFG!

Lessee... maybe because Aeyes did all the work FIRST. Or maybe because you don't even acknowledge that you ripped off his hard work. Or maybe because you seem to have gotten very insulting about this.

I bet its one of those reasons we don't seem particularly appreciative.

Oh, and boy OH boy you're lucky I don't want to be banned from this forum. Exercising... self... restraint...

The material was removed from flightsim.com the minute after my last post on the 5th, webmasters are not very fond of distributing material that is held hostage by others claiming it to be theirs.

As for Edzim, grow up.
I always give my sons the advise not to use the word fuck as a part of flaming until they have done it in real life. Suppose that is as valid for you as for them in this case.
Btw it is the first time I see such an ungrateful dude as you, you really expect people will defend you with your attitude, but besides that, with your illegal type of actions or ripping off others material. At least immoral comes to mind.
I am not a violent person, but if someone would steal my bike in front of my nose (and we have a lot of stolen bikes here)I wouldn't be surprised what I did with his nose. Instead i am staying dead calm here

Aeyes,
I see it's been removed from Falconuk and F4community as well (if it ever was posted there). [Haven't been able to get into flight-sim.com last couple of days - glad it's sorted].

BTW you have my admiration for being able to 'stay dead calm' in this situation.
Regards!
