Post by ccc » 2009-04-05 15:27:19

well.. the hottest headline today.. DPRK missile launched, finally.
the missile test base, Musudan-ri, located at 40. 51' 129.3 9'
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musudan-ri

out of curiosity i check google and falcon map for comparsion..
in falcon map, the base located in yellow box, and about within the yellow circle in second pic.. the nearest town is Wungsan.

well i KNEW default falcon map is off due to projection method, so realife coordinates can not apply in this case..Wungsan is about 130E, not 129E! the correct 40N 129E( use Recon function to get the coordinates) is located inland, near P'ungsan bridge..an inland objective!

i've not checked PMC korea 128 map yet.

The funny thing is that there are no SAM's around there. You might think they want someone to come and bomb the place. The rockets are all failing anyway.

If you turn on War Production, you will se the Nodong Missile Test Center a bit more to the east and closer to the coast. Compare with the pics above.
F4 is correct, at least OpenFalcon is.
