I have posted the first update for the Panama Theater here:

The update is a new "stations.dat" file to enable the TACAN navigation and most ILS systems at the airbases. Includes .pdf file detailing Airbase TACAN frequencies and Radio Frequencies, Runway Orientations, and Elevations.
Yes... I know... it's hardly worth downloading. But it is an very necessary improvement and increases playability, thus your enjoyment!
