Iceland with CATE 1.21 Regions

Region Tiling is now a posibility
also altering the X1 value has proven to be very uselfull.
Proggie is is very very good
Now it's my part to start deciding on how many regions in where wich region will come
and produce
any suggestions/input.. ?
