large .bin files and now?

hello im new
yes, i have read many post of you form falcon 4
but when i download the pakage form GlObe (.hdr,.bin,.fmt)
then the .bin file is to big there is 2,047 kb,, i start the sptinstall.exe it show me (out of memory!) would like england downlad
1. i start DEM2terrain.exe
2. i chose only mea file (*.pal dont have) ok
3. it extract .L2 an .L0
4. i start sptinstall.exe i chose my selfmade dir (/terrain/) *.L2 .o2 and (/textue/) texture.bin and texture.zip
5. i start STPINSTAL.exe i chose my dir witch the /tearrin & /texture
6. i create
AT FOLLOWING SHOWS OUT OF MEMORY ! i thing the *.bin file is to to BIG
why send me globe the one big file ,*.BIN, I WOuLD ONLY MAKE A ENGLNAD THEATER it is not big england
