AF install worked flawlessly... 2 campaign (middle) gave ctd when clicking FLY button....

i've been playing with one of the campaign files in europe folder, aligning airbases as close as possible to real life. and trying to add some objectives to... but i'm puzzled as to the linking... how come all the values for links are different..? Shouldn't we set fixed parameters for Highway... nor...

ok, i did i minimum install of the original Falcon 4.0 CD (not bms, nor OF nor RV) and after that , the installer worked as advertised... So i guess there is something in the installer that needs a certain registry file from the original falcon 4.0... maybe this needs to be fixed for any version1.0 ...

i don't know bout the registry, nut my cup of tea, but i have the same on my PC as on my laptop. Both have only Allied Force installed, so no original F4, maybe that's the hickup ?

i have a problem with Iran installer under AF ... i get 2 errors First i get window : No registry variables - F4 not installed... and later terrain builder looks for theater l0 file, but only l2 file is installed... btw it is mentioned to choose between RV/OF and AF but i cannot see where to select ...

i have plenty of info on airfields in europe, thanks... the only thing to do is to choose one in the database nearest to runway orientation of the real airport.
But for now i will not be able to do any work, as the beta install doesn't seem to work on my system with AF...

is there a beta for AF out of europe theater ? i would like to place objects there, as this is my theater of interest...?

Though its been a while, i did a lot of manual tiling and object placement way back... (balkans, ODS or was it Iran...)

First of all , very nice work looks splendid.. remarks : -FPS seem hit on my system (normal i guess) -Did anyone try to find a ground target against those forrest tiles...nearly impossible (again, maybe more realistic as intended...lol)this is without padlock as this is not allowed in my Sqn...Ofcou...

IFF is not implemented in Falcon sp 3 or other...
Use NCTR or AWACS declare instead.

in tacedit 2.26 and 2.27 , with snakeman's latest europe beta, if i use a background image made in terrainview, when i zoom i get Fatal exception message...

hmm, can't place objectives without this working properly...
