I think the water texture might be able to be changed somewhere in the config. Look for "cfgWorld -> DefaultWorld -> seaMaterial="#water";" then look for "cfgMaterials -> class Water" maybe something to do with that. The water entries in CfgMaterials should be defined just like any other materials i...

One problem with high grass using the new ArmA grass is that the height of the AI view blocking terrain layer doesn't seem to change, it stays the same no matter how high the grass objects are. Maybe it would be possible to place view blocker objects in the high grass areas, maybe a grid like view b...

The shadow volume needs to be closed, but it doesn't have to be convex. Just do the find structure > topology > find non-closed to find trouble spots and then close them and delete 2 faced or double sided polygons. You can have as many pieces in the shadow volume as you want but they all have to be ...

SelectionPosition returns a single xyz value for a named selection, like the named selections in character models or vehicle models for things that animate. Even though a named selection might have multiple vertices SelectionPosition only returns the location of one of them so you can't get the whol...

Quote: The OFP objects in the ArmA paths could be compressed into a file and released as a pack so that other people could download and quickly use them in WrpTool Or perhaps do a .bat file to rename the objects, at least for advanced users who can read readmes Smile I guess it would be something r...

Hi, I don't know if anyone has already thought of this but what if the OFP objects were just moved and renamed to the ArmA paths to be used in WrpTool so you wouldn't have to use the replace function? The OFP objects in the ArmA paths could be compressed into a file and released as a pack so that ot...
