Of course I checked .
I was thinking about the number of stock or order for each type of ammo .

I tried to set the stores of Magic II for Mirage 2000-5 aircrafts to a non null value. But it doesn't work. Is there a particular things to do, more than setting it for the concerned squadron ? Or is it a bug ? It has to be set via F4Browse. :) TacEdit set of stores doesn't seem to be functionnal w...

Instead of the F-CK-1 I put some F-16A&B B15. Considering it is to be played by humans online. If you see a better compromise in that sense I'm interested ;). Here a pic of the air OOB I took as reference, from the french DSI (International Defense & Security) n°34 February 2008. And their source : ...

My objectiv is to focus on an air campaign. So relatively few ground units, ground campaign, and not really with an invasion approach. What is exactly what we need for HvsH online campaign where it is important to limit ground units. For the scenario when I said "very realistic" it was just a wink :...

Mmmh, the problem is that it would generate offensive missions, and allow engagements. Would be interesting in the dynamic sense of the campaign if unwilling engagement and kill would accelerate campaign to crisis. But I think that I'll have to try some tweaks in the tri field in order to get this. ...

Taiwan campaigns for OpenFalcon
In v0.4, campaigns are from RedViper. And because of some objects reference not compatible between OF and RV, these campaigns don't work, we get CTD. I'm working on some campaigns for OF. These will be designed in order to be playable online, as 100% of my Falcon activity is online... A first one wi...

Fresh install of Taiwan v0.4. UI problems reported here ( http://www.pmctactical.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=175806#175806 ) for v0.3 still present with OpenFalcon. I made a litle more investigations in ui files. I found a fix. In taiwan tdf there is : # where art is loaded from artdir Theaters\Taiwan...

Such theater would be fantastic, and give the opportunity to organise a multi-simulator HvsH campaign (Red Octopus like, for those who know, it was a HvsH multi-simulator campaign organised in 2002 with Operation Flashpoint, Janes FA-18 and Sub Command) with both Falcon4 and Lock-On. That would be g...

Just a made a fresh install with v0.3 Snakeman, to take a look. I didn't notice the problem with theater.lst. It was ok for me. For the taiwan.tdf, like for ODS and any other, for OF at least, I strongly recommand to define default objects, 3d object and misctex, and not let it behind the #. I confi...

When I was working on ITO2 conversion for OF, I made a deal with Naldo, in order to build a coordination between theater developpement and OF upgrades. After the 4.5 release GlobalFalcon had to stop any DB and 3DDB updates. This part of the modding being assigned to the DB/3DDB department of an OF u...

In tdf definition files, 3dobject and default objects are not defined with the #, cos using the Korea default one. Which is right in theory. By experience with OF we can have problems if they are not redefined. I strongly recommand to define them, at least for OF. Replacing # default objects #object...

As far as I know Fafa, this command has been implemented for RedViper, not in the exe used by OpenFalcon. With OpenFalcon either you use only one simdata, or you have to build a theater switcher in order to switch sim folders (what would make the use of this external theater switcher mandatory). Ano...

Re: FTP site
Fafa - - is the www.falcon4.net site going down? If so I need to back up some stuff for ITO - - I have my ITO-Cobra basic installer there. That is currently the only site -- I would like to have that installer kept somewhere just in case RV-ITO never makes it out - -that way folks have a way to get...

Pay attention to the fact that globaly in game coordinates are not accurate. And also that there is a bug in the 2D projection, so that for exemple if you modify theater center in order to get accurate coordinates for one airfield, town or whatever you want, coordinates for every other objects won't...

As requested per Snakeman I'm writing this litle post to inform I'm making a break in my F4 modding activities. For some personnal reasons I need to breathe a litle, and spend less time on my computer. For OF ui modding you can always try to keep in touch with Breizh, Theureu or Gunman. These are th...
A litle bug experimented with OF (I didn't check with FF at the moment). In dogfight module, when you change your aircraft in Mirage 2000, if you are or go in Eagle or Tiger you get a CTD. This is simply because we have litle aircraft icons just in blue and red. Mirage2000 icon orange and white does...
